Pacific Visit near Lima

Peru is actually known as a famous surfing destination. We didn't go to see any hot surf spots, although there were several enthusiasts surfing at this beach and others nearby. The Humbolt Current keeps the water cool even though Peru is next to Ecuador and the equator. The whole group went for photo opps on our last day in Peru.

Gayle and I posing near some of the beach artwork on the bluffs above the water.

Gayle in front of the famous statue of a couple kissing.

Next to the flowers in the park along the beach cliffs.

Rich May, a former companion (in Tampico, Tamaulipas Mexico), together in Peru.

My current and eternal companion and I above the Pacific.

Another spot.

With some of our best friends: Kenney and Terry Wilkinson, Rich and Pam May, Sheila and Tom Ashton

Check out Gayle's cute Peruvian gorro (type of hat)

Here are most of the former Mexico North missionaries who were on the trip.
